If you're not completely satisfied with your G&G's purchase, simply return the merchandise . Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date and in the same conditions you have received. Returns with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded (minus handling & shipping cost).

 To make sure your new shoes are returnable, please  ONLY try your shoes on a carpeted surface. Worn items, orders outside the U.S., final sale items and custom orders are non-returnable.
